 Over the last few weeks I have been
having continual problems with my email
account in combination with Outlook
Express.

Nothing on my PC has changed since
everything was working correctly.

I can send and receive mail from the
webmail interface
(mail.paulhollingsworth.com) with no
problems, but when I try to send mail
from Outlook Express it "locks up" for
a long period before finally
displaying "smtp.paulhollingsworth.com"
is not responding.

Now, just tonight, it is telling me
that my password is incorrect (I know
that I have not changed it and that it
is the correct password).

Finally, other people have emailed me
telling me that emails sent to me
get "bounced" back as undeliverable
(although this is an intermittent
thing).

Please advice what is being done, or
what I can do, to fix my email, or if
there is any further information I can
provide to help diagnose the problem (I
am a computer programmer so feel free
to ask me "technical" questions).
